His work spans all 50 states and multiple countries, earning him a reputation as a global crisis manager with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in addiction, dual diagnosis, and mental health primary cases, particularly those involving psychosis.


Theo's approach to intervention eschews traditional family meetings, favoring direct assistance to clients facing high acuity crises. This methodology draws heavily on his personal recovery experience and extensive professional background in the addiction field. Beyond crisis navigation, Theo has significant experience in providing 24/7 live-in care and companionship, as well as in missing persons recovery, demonstrating his versatile skill set in addressing a wide range of challenges.


An esteemed professional in his field, Theo holds several certifications, including Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) and Certified ARISE Interventionist (CAI). His commitment to ongoing professional development is matched by his dedication to his clients' success.


Theo finds balance by splitting his time between Colorado and New York, staying grounded in the communities he calls home. When Theo isn’t flying in the commission of his work, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, reading and mountain biking.

Mike's commitment to the field of behavioral health is deeply rooted in his own personal journey of recovery. Before joining ORCA, Mike enriched his understanding of addiction and mental health through diverse roles at renowned addiction and mental health treatment organizations in Denver, CO. From detox and residential care to family support and business development, Mike's breadth of experience has equipped him with the insight to address the multifaceted nature of recovery.


Mike's approach is characterized by a blend of warmth, empathy, and professional acumen, making him a trusted ally and advocate for those embarking on the recovery journey. He understands the delicate balance required in treatment and recovery, striving to ensure that every individual feels respected, supported, and understood.

Mike is currently pursuing his MBA after graduating from Miami University in 2012.  Outside of his professional life, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and their cats at their home in Denver.

Forrest has developed his career in the behavioral health industry since 2018. He has dedicated his career to direct client care as well as the admissions and business development sector with a keen focus on the human aspect of recovery. His tenure overseeing admissions and business development at a renowned treatment program, has not only honed his expertise but also deepened his understanding of the full continuum of care within the treatment industry. In this role, Forrest ensured that every client and family gained a full understanding of their recovery program, managing transitions from the onset of recovery to a fully realized life of sobriety and wellness. 


Known for bringing both joy and laughter to the workplace, Forrest pairs his lighthearted nature with a profound attention to detail and a genuine connection to the families and clients he serves. This unique blend of qualities has made him an invaluable asset to the field and a source of hope and clarity for those embarking on their recovery journey.


Beyond his career in the treatment industry, Forrest shares his own experience as a man in recovery, offering a layer of empathy and understanding that only someone who has walked this path can provide. Now thriving in Carbondale, Colorado, Forrest embraces life with his wife and black lab.
