As a board-certified interventionist, Theo has developed a specialized method of assisting clients through individualized crisis navigation plans, setting him apart in the field of behavioral health.
Mike's commitment to the field of behavioral health is deeply rooted in his own personal journey of recovery. This profound experience has not only transformed his relationship with himself and those around him but also ignited a passion for guiding others through their paths to healing. As a vital member of the ORCA team, Mike applies his lived experience and professional expertise to empower individuals and families to embrace change, fostering a shift away from patterns that hinder growth.
Forrest has developed his career in the behavioral health industry since 2018. He has dedicated his career to direct client care as well as the admissions and business development sector with a keen focus on the human aspect of recovery. His tenure overseeing admissions and business development at a renowned treatment program, has not only honed his expertise but also deepened his understanding of the full continuum of care within the treatment industry. In this role, Forrest ensured that every client and family gained a full understanding of their recovery program, managing transitions from the onset of recovery to a fully realized life of sobriety and wellness.
