Chloe Cramer
Chloe Cramer works with families navigating addiction and mental health crises, helping them find clarity and steadiness in situations that often feel overwhelming and unpredictable.
Her work is supported by both professional training and lived experience. Chloe entered recovery at 18 after a family intervention, an experience that profoundly shaped her understanding of addiction and the role families play in both crisis and healing. She has also experienced the other side of the equation, loving people who struggle with mental health challenges and substance use, giving her a deep appreciation for the emotional complexity families carry.
Drawing from recovery principles and family systems work, Chloe helps families move from reactive patterns toward more grounded and effective responses.
She works alongside the ORCA team supporting families throughout the arc of recovery, from pre-intervention and treatment transitions to the longer process of rebuilding family systems.
Chloe lives in the snowy mountains of Colorado, but equally loves the New England coast- and is happy anywhere she can hike, climb or bike.
