Co-Founder | Board certified interventionist

Theo is a distinguished  interventionist and care manager, renowned for his unique approach to crisis management and his unwavering commitment to the individuals and families he serves. As a board-certified interventionist, Theo has developed a specialized method of assisting clients through individualized crisis navigation plans, setting him apart in the field of behavioral health, with a distinguished expertise in serving clients who are experiencing psychosis.

Mike Campbell

Mike’s commitment to the field of behavioral health is deeply rooted in his own personal journey of recovery. This profound experience has not only transformed his relationship with himself and those around him but also ignited a passion for guiding others through their paths to healing. As a vital member of the ORCA team, Mike applies his lived experience and professional expertise to empower individuals and families to embrace change, fostering a shift away from patterns that hinder growth.

Eve Ruff

CEO | Partner

For more than two decades, Eve has worked tirelessly with families and individuals dealing with severe substance use disorders and other mental health issues. She has provided steady guidance and direction as her clients and their surrogates have navigated the complex maze of available resources and treatment. As a clinician, administrator, and industry leader, Eve’s purpose has always been to seek to make a difference in the lives of those suffering from this constellation of diseases.  Most of all, though, Eve cherishes sharing what she knows with her colleagues and continuously learning from the world around her. 

Mark Hennessy

Board-Certified Interventionist | Family Case Manager

Mark Hennessy is a Board-Certified Interventionist whose passion for helping families stems from his own personal experience navigating addiction treatment. With years of hands-on experience and training under top professionals in the field, he has successfully guided hundreds of families toward hope and lasting recovery. Mark believes that no situation is beyond change and is committed to helping individuals and families regain control and begin their journey to healing.

Wes Fischer

Addiction & Mental Health Specialist

Wes Fischer is ORCA’s Addiction & Mental Health Specialist. He holds new-client onboarding and provides hands-on case management, bridging intervention, safe transport, and aftercare. With extensive experience and training, he’s helped hundreds of young men and families move from crisis to sustainable recovery.

 
 

Erica Baldwin

Director of Family Crisis & Case Management

Erica Baldwin is a Masters level clinician. She has developed a unique approach to family restoration grounded in curiosity, creativity and the invitation to allow each family member to arrive in bold authenticity. With years of experience in a diverse set of environments, Erica has worked with individuals of all ages, circumstances and backgrounds. She believes that no human being is broken and no situation is beyond restoration. Erica is committed to fostering environments where true healing can happen.

 

Chloe Cramer

Parent coach and family case manager

Chloe Cramer works with families navigating addiction and mental health crises, helping them find clarity and steadiness in complex situations. Drawing on both professional training and lived experience—including her own recovery after a family intervention—she brings deep empathy and practical insight to her work. She supports families alongside the ORCA team through intervention, treatment transitions, and long-term recovery.

 
 

Ben Kirsch

Director of Operations and finance

Ben Kirsch oversees financial operations, billing, and internal systems at ORCA, helping ensure the organization runs with professionalism and reliability for the families it serves. He joined ORCA in 2025 after graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics. Originally from New York, Ben enjoys reading, mountain biking, and following college football.
