Eve Ruff
Eve’s transition to a career in this arena was informed by her own personal journey into recovery from alcoholism and disordered eating. Prior to her sobriety, Eve enjoyed a productive and notable career as a biomedical research librarian including serving as a Fellow at the National Library of Medicine at NIH and Director of Library and Internet Services at the esteemed Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. Her commitment to research and evidence-based practices was honed through this work and remains foremost in her heart and mind today.
A New Yorker, by birth and “heart,” Eve resides in Seattle, where her restorative down time is happily distributed between family (especially her beloved grandson) and friends and across a wide variety of activities. Eve loves the mountains and trails of the Pacific Northwest, knitting, and all things baseball.
