Wes Fischer helps families move from crisis to momentum. With more than a decade in behavioral health—spanning roles across intervention, transport, and direct care—he’s supported hundreds of young men facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges to turn their lives in a better direction.

At ORCA, Wes focuses on two levers that change outcomes fast: welcoming new clients into care and hands-on case management that keeps recovery plans on track. He bridges intervention, safe transport, and coordinated aftercare—partnering closely with loved ones, clinicians, and programs to make every step clear, compassionate, and accountable.

Clinically, Wes brings training and experience to the front line of care. He offers Brainspotting and NADA-certified AcuDetox to support regulation, reduce cravings, and build readiness for treatment. Known for steady communication and practical follow-through, he turns complex situations into organized, achievable next steps.

Away from work, you’ll find Wes on the basketball court, powerlifting, or chasing laughs with his three-year-old son.
