Theo Puccio (CIP, CAI)
Theo is a distinguished interventionist and care manager, renowned for his unique approach to crisis management and his unwavering commitment to the individuals and families he serves. As a board-certified interventionist, Theo has developed a specialized method of assisting clients through individualized crisis navigation plans, setting him apart in the field of behavioral health.
Theo’s approach to intervention eschews traditional family meetings, favoring direct assistance to clients facing high acuity crises. This is informed by Theo’s distinguished expertise in working with clients experiencing psychiatric episodes. Theo devotes much of his free time consulting with treatment centers on how to best address the rise in thought disorders and substance induced psychosis. In a field which can often be black-and-white, Theo is excited by the challenge of dual-diagnosis profiles with acute mental health symptoms. Beyond crisis navigation, Theo has significant experience in providing 24/7 live-in care and companionship, as well as in missing persons recovery, demonstrating his versatile skill set in addressing a wide range of challenges.
An esteemed professional in his field, Theo holds several certifications, including Certified Intervention Professional (CIP) and Certified ARISE Interventionist (CAI). His commitment to ongoing professional development is matched by his dedication to his clients’ success.
Theo finds balance by splitting his time between Colorado and New York, staying grounded in the communities he calls home. When Theo isn’t flying in the commission of his work, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, reading and mountain biking.
